Announcing Athletic Livestream of Parkland Sports! Special thanks goes out to The Parkland School District Education Foundation who has purchased robotic live action cameras for the Parkland High School TV Studio with the goal of offering FREE livestreams of Parkland Varsity Sports this fall for Girls Volleyball, Boys and Girls Soccer, Field Hockey and Football fans. The livestreams can be viewed at www.parklandsd.org/athleticlivestream. You can even subscribe and turn on a notification bell to be told when a new game is about to start. Students will also produce coverage of Tennis, Golf and Cross Country, but it will not be livestreamed due to lack of Internet access needed to operate the cameras at those locations. The first game to be livestreamed is Girls Soccer next Friday, September 25th!

9/11 Weekly Update
NEW! Free Breakfast and Lunch for All Students through Dec. 31 Beginning Monday, September 14, 2020, ALL Parkland students will be eligible to receive free breakfast and free lunch each instructional school day. The change in programming is the result of USDA announcing an extension to the national waivers, which allow all students to receive free meals during the pandemic. This change also applies to our “Meals to Go” program, which allows parents to sign up and pick up meals to go every Wednesday for the days their students are learning virtually (see order form here for this Wed’s pick-up). Questions concerning the change in our program should be directed to 610-351-5670 or email@example.com. Note: A la carte menu items still will be available for purchase and if you have money in your MySchoolBucks.com accounts, it will be able to be used for those items and meals in the new year when this program is scheduled to expire.
Picture Days begin next week. Click on our web calendar to find your school’s picture date if you haven’t already marked your calendar!
Calling all golfers! The Parkland Education Foundation is hosting a Golf Outing at Brookside Country Club on Friday, October 23, 2020. Register to play, sponsor or volunteer at the official Tee’m Work Makes the Dream Work Golf Outing website.
1-Minute Daily Wellness Screener Reminders We’ve automated the wellness screener forms to be emailed and texted to students coming in for in-person learning on the days they will attend. Athletes coming to sports practices still need to submit on their own. Therefore, it’s a good idea to bookmark the links below and put them on your calendar should you need them in the future.
