Two Proofs of Residency Required

Two proofs of residence that the child’s legal parent(s)/legal guardian(s) reside in the Parkland School District. These must include one of the following:

  • A current real estate property tax bill for the residence with parent names listed
  • A copy of an entire lease or rental contract (must reflect names of all who reside there) with tenant and landlord signatures
  • A building contract for the residence with parent names listed
  • A closing agreement or settlement agreement for the residence with parent names listed
    AND
  • A current utility bill matching the place of residence

Address changes during school year:  A change of address that results in a change in transportation may take up to three school days from the date of notice.
