2026-2027 KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

IF YOU HAVE A CHILD WHO IS TURNING 5 YEARS OLD PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2026, IT’S TIME TO REGISTER FOR KINDERGARTEN  

Those entering first grade must be a minimum of five (5) years and seven (7) months of age by September 1, 2026. Students must be of appropriate chronological age for school registration.

Similarly, if you have a child who is enrolled in a private kindergarten program who you are planning to enroll for the first time in Parkland Schools for first grade, we invite you to register now.

Families can begin calling their incoming student’s school to obtain a registration link. Don’t delay. Please call now in order to help us prepare our staffing needs.  Once you are registered, visit our Kindergarten Program Info Page.
