HAC - Returning Student Form 

It's time to make sure we have your correct contact information and emergency contact information for your student(s) for the 2022-2023 school year via the "Returning Student Form."  Parents can update email addresses, phone numbers, and contact records through a link in HAC under the “Update Enrollment" tab.  Once submitted, the updates will be processed pending approval from the school office. This option is only available to the guardian that maintains the same address as the student. Please ensure one guardian from your household reviews and updates student information for each child in your household who attends a Parkland school.

PowerSchool Online Returning Student Form will be open from September 6, 2022 through October 9, 2022. You will need to contact your child’s school directly with any updates or changes to your child’s record after October 9, 2022.

How do I get started?

After logging in to HAC, complete the following steps:

1. Check the student name. Click the drop down circle to change student if needed.

2. From the Registration page, click "Update Enrollment" tab.

3. Click "Start" link to access Returning Student Form.

4. If it is the first time you accessed PS Enrollment from HAC, you will need to set COPPA checkbox ON and click the "Begin Forms" button.

5. For security purposes, enter the student's birthdate to access the Returning Student Form.

6. Read through all information on the form and answer all required questions.

7. SUBMIT the Annual Update as soon as possible.

Do I have to answer all the questions? 
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

What if I make a mistake? 
If you would like to make a change, select the underlined field or choose “< Prev” to return to a previous page.

I’ve completed the form, now what? 
When you have finished entering your information, select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

What if I have more than one student in the district? 
Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. 

I don’t know what a question is asking.

Approval Process
Please be patient while your school reviews and approves all forms for your child's school. All forms will be approved by October 14, 2022.

Now you can access school information from mobile devices using the eSchoolPLUS Family App. Use the app to view attendance, classwork, class  events and student grades. (Grades and classwork are available in secondary schools.) Also, you can send email to a teacher by tapping the teacher's name.
