Title I Program

Welcome to the Title I Program!

This year, Parkland concluded the third year of a 3-year Ed Flex Waiver which allows the district to provide Title I services to all elementary schools. This is a process we have utilized for several years, so that we can provide a consistent program to all qualifying students throughout the district. This year, the waiver expires and the district will need to reapply for a 3-year waiver to be utilized for Fogelsville, Parkway Manor, Jaindl, and Kernsville. 

Public Notice is posted on the district website and a Google form is provide below seeking public comment. Any comments from the survey will be added to the 22-23 Parent Survey linked below. Should you have additional questions regarding the waiver or the survey, feel free to contact me at 610-351-5660.

2022-2023 Title I Parent Survey Feedback

As in previous years, the goal is for Parkland Elementary Schools to run school-wide Title I programs. School-wide, Title I assistants will be able to work with any student in the school and allows our district a greater flexibility in working with students.

100% Parent Participation is our goal for our Title I Program. Please get involved with your child’s education by attending workshops, visitation, conferences and school-wide activities. We are eager to provide assistance to our Parkland parents in assisting them to help their child learn.

Please plan to participate in the spring’s PARENT SURVEY.   Results from this survey provide us with the necessary feedback that enables us to make future improvements to our program. Results will be shared with our Parent Advisory Council, Reading Specialists and Principals and upon request.
