Mrs. Sarah Finnerty
My name is Sarah Finnerty and I am the ESL teacher at Cetronia Elementary School. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. I received my ESL certification from Lehigh Carbon Community College. I attended Desales University where I earned my Masters Degree in Education. My education has given me many valuable resources to share with you.

Hello! Thank you for viewing our ESL website. I am Mary Kelly the ESL Specialist at Kernsville Elementary School. I began my teaching career as a classroom teacher. After spending time at home with my three children I returned to education taking courses to be certified as a Reading Recovery Teacher® and an ESL Program Specialist. I continued my education and received a Master of Education in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Hello! My name is Ann Case and I am the ESL Specialist at Ironton Elementary School. I have been an ESL Specialist for over 9 years and I absolutely love working with my students!! I graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Elementary Education. I received my Master’s Degree through Wilkes University.My family and I live in the Parkland School District. My husband’s name is Brian. I have 2 sons, Jared and Nathan. Jared graduated from PSU and lives in Kennett Square. Nathan is also attending Penn State University. My name is Gina Brokenshire, and I am the ESL Teacher at Kernsville and Kratzer Elementary Schools. I have been teaching in the Parkland School District for over 20 years. I graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I began my career teaching third grade and kindergarten for several years. I received my ESL Certification through the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit, and have been teaching ESL ever since. Parkway Manor Elementary
Ms. Mia Belletieri
Hello, my name is Mia Belletieri, and I am the ESOL Specialist at Parkway Manor Elementary School. In the afternoon, I continue my day at Parkland High School, where I am also one of the ESOL Specialists. I have been here at Parkway Manor for 10 years, but I have been in the district for 12. I was fortunate enough to help out in almost every school in the district. I love travelling to all of the schools and seeing my students grow in their new culture. I attended Cabrini College, where I received my degree in Elementary Education. I went on to Moravian College to receive my Specialist Certification in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). I received my Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at DeSales University. I am also certified to teach English in grades 7-12.
Fogelsville Elementary
Mrs. Mimi Kloiber
My name is Mrs. Kloiber and I am so pleased to be the ESL teacher at Fogelsville Elementary School. I received my Elementary Education Degree from Kutztown University and my Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language through Penn State University and the University of Turabo in Puerto Rico. For the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to teach both children and adults from all over the world how to speak English and to help many adults earn their U.S. Citizenship. I am also the proud mother of 4 children and 2 cats and we live in Allentown. In my spare time, I LOVE to read books about the history of our country. I also love to cook and even love to READ about COOKING!! Above all, my favorite thing to do is to teach and to find fun ways to make learning easier for my students!

Jaindl Elementary
Mrs. Karen Reyburn
I am Karen Reyburn, the ESL Specialist at Jaindl Elementary School. I started my career as a classroom teacher before staying home a few years with my three children. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University and my ESL certificate from Penn State University.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and my two dogs. My husband and children love sports, so they keep me busy running to sporting events throughout the year. I feel blessed to be teaching at Parkland. Parkland’s diverse student body makes it a special place to learn and grow and it allows for cultural learning opportunities which help prepare students for their interactions with the world as adults.

Mrs. Jennifer Roth
I am Jennifer Roth, the ESL Specialist at Schnecksville Elementary School. I am happy to be back in the Parkland School District after starting my career here 25 years ago as a fourth grade teacher. After staying home to raise my children, I returned to education as an ESL teacher in the Salisbury Township School District for the past three years. This is my first year back in Parkland as an ESL Teacher. I am thrilled to be working with a diverse group of students who are part of the Schnecksville family.

My name is Tracy Reichl and I am the ESL teacher at Veterans Memorial Elementary School. I received my Elementary Education Degree from West Chester University and attended Cedar Crest College for my ESL certification. I have 10+ years of teaching experience in various positions and I am so happy to call Schnecksville my home.
I love to travel and meet people from all different backgrounds and cultures, I believe diversity is what makes our world so amazing! I feel so fortunate that I get to work with ESL students every single day. I have three children, identical twin boys, and a seven-year-old who all attend Parkland. I am very proud to call myself a Parkland teacher and parent. Welcome! I’m pleased to begin my role as the ESL program specialist at Orefield Middle School. I’ve served as an elementary classroom teacher in the Parkland School District for over 10 years. I am a graduate of Moravian College and I continued my graduate studies at Cedar Crest College and Wilkes University earning an ESL certification and masters' degrees in the Art of Teaching and Classroom Technology. The Lehigh Valley has been home to my family for many years. Outside of the classroom, I’ve nurtured a love for travel, cultural connection and global education. As our students continue to grow in their educational experiences, I look forward to building relationships and supporting their language goals.
Springhouse Middle School

My name is Mrs. Teresa Mosser. I am an ESL Specialist at Springhouse Middle School. I have been teaching in the Parkland School District for over six years. After graduating from Cedar Crest College with a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education, I received my ESL certification through the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit. This past summer I received my master’s degree through Wilkes University in Classroom Technology. I have lived in the Lehigh Valley my entire life. I am married and have two children, a daughter who graduated from Parkland High School and a son who is currently enrolled at the high school. I enjoy reading, biking and spending lots of time with my family. In addition, I truly enjoy my position here at SMS! I have met many wonderful students who I’ve had the pleasure to teach. Hello! Welcome to our ESL Website. My name is Lisa Hayducek and I am one of the ESL Program Specialists at Springhouse Middle School. I am a graduate of Syracuse and Bloomsburg Universities. I have held several positions within the Parkland School District and am currently working toward my third Master’s Degree from Wilkes University. In addition to my educational background, my husband and I are the proud parents of three children who are graduates of Parkland. Most importantly, I have a love of learning and am excited to help our students learn and grow as well. Without a doubt, your children have many wonderful experiences ahead of them.

Hello. I am Mrs. Susan Hartman and I am the ESL teacher for students in grades 10 and 12 at the high school. I have been teaching in the Parkland School District for 12 years. I earned my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. I continued my education at DeSales University where I earned an MEd in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). My daughters Hannah and Emily are graduates of Parkland High School and both are living in Pittsburgh where they are attending school. My son, Hunter, is a senior at L.V. Charter High School for the Arts and my youngest daughter, Meredith, is a freshman at PHS. I love spending time with my family, reading, and playing games. I am lucky to work with interesting, hard working, and dedicated students.

Hello! I am Joan Junge and I have been teaching in the Parkland School District for more than eight years. Prior to that I taught high school English in New York State and South Carolina. I have a B. A. in English, an M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and an ESL specialist certificate. I am married and have two daughters, Emily and Annie. I love my job but I also I enjoy reading, cooking, walking and watching cycling races. Although I am the teacher, my students teach me many new and interesting things about the English language every day!

Hello! I am Shadab Ashraf and I have had the privilege of teaching in the Parkland School District for the past four years. I completed my bachelors in Elementary and Early Childhood Education along with a certification in English as a Second Language from Penn State, Lehigh Valley. I moved to United States in 2004 after my marriage and have two sons, Ahmar and Sahir. I love teaching and cherish the relationship with my students. My favorite pastimes include spending time with my family and listening to music. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their background, which also helps me grow as an individual.
