Facilities and Operations Application Process

The following documents must be completed in order to apply for a support position:

Print the checklist

  1. Letter of interest outlining the position for which you would like to be considered.
  2. Employment Application:
  3. Copy of an updated resume.
  4. Two (2) recent Letters of Recommendation from former supervisors.
  5. CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD - All new food services substitutes must provide a print out of your Criminal History Record Clearance, which must be current within one year of submission date. Apply online via the “epatch” system at https://epatch.pa.gov/home
  6. PENNSYLVANIA CHILD ABUSE HISTORY CLEARANCE - All new food services substitutes must provide a print out of your Child Abuse History Clearance, which must be current within one year of submission date. Apply online at https://www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS
  7. FBI BACKGROUND CHECK (Fingerprinting Results) - All new food services substitutes must provide the Identogo Reg. ID number in order to verify fingerprinting results, which must be current within one year of submission date. Register online at https://uenroll.identogo.com -- our school service code is: 1KG6XN
  8. Act 168: Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Relase Form (See details below)
  9. ACT 24/82: Arrest/Conviction Report
