It is an Online Web Portal for Parents of Children Aged 2-6. It is FREE. Parkland log-in information is located at the bottom of the attachment.
KSRA-This website provides a bibliography of children's books and strategies to promote family involvement. This site is updated yearly by the Keystone State Reading Association. Please check with your building reading specialists for other resources.
Attention All Parkland Parents of Kindergarten students! Held in March of each year, Raising Readers is a literacy workshop for parents of students entering Kindergarten in the Fall. Facilitated by Steffie Szilagyi, retired Parkland Reading Specialist, the workshop allows parents to explore multiple ways to make Reading Aloud to their child fun and meaningful. Next year’s workshop will be held in March the Troxell Library. For additional information or to RSVP, please contact Marjorie Evans at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 610-351-5547.
