IRONTON CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION - Ironton Elementary School is celebrating 100 years of learning!  Help them commemorate the big event on September 28th from 5:30-7:30 PM.  Local food trucks will be on site with food for purchase and a 2023 time capsule will be dedicated.  Plus, stroll down memory lane by taking a tour of the building.  

SCHNECKSVILLE REDEDICATION - The Schnecksville Elementary School has undergone a renovation and received a new addition and outdoor learning courtyard.  The public is invited to celebrate the new space on Saturday, September 30th, at 2 PM.  We will be cutting a ceremonial red ribbon and visitors can tour the new space.

CLOTHING/HOUSEWARES DRIVE - Have you been busy cleaning out items for the new season? Use them to help raise funds for the PHS Girls Volleyball team!  They are collecting clothing and houseware items in the Applebee's Parking Lot on Cedar Crest Blvd. on Sat., Sept. 30th, from 10 AM-2 PM.  Click here to see what will be accepted.

Disney's FROZEN, Jr. - Reserved seat tickets go on sale at 12 noon on October 2nd for the PHS Children's Show, The show features memorable songs from the animated film, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.  The show will be VERY popular so mark your calendar to get your seats herehttps://www.parklandsd.org/departments/arts/ticket-information

FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL - It's "Shirt off your Back Night" for the seniors on the football team, where they will honor a special mentor.  Also, a group of alumni will be gifting a 20 x 30 foot American flag to our school district during the national anthem pre-game show at 6:45 PM.  It will be a special night to come out and cheer on the Trojans who will take on Whitehall at 7 PM.

Please note the annual lockdown drills for fall will be conducted in October in our schools per the linked letter.
