College Planning Night

Parents of the Class of 2026: Get ready for the Common App! Join school counseling expert Mr. Eric Roberts for an interactive session on Tuesday, June 3rd, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. He'll show you how you may support your rising senior in preparing for the Common App, the online application platform used by over 1,000 colleges and universities worldwide. Learn how to apply to multiple institutions with one application. The Common App opens August 1st, and applying early can sometimes be beneficial. Bring your questions and join us in the Board Room at the Administration Center (1210 Springhouse Rd., Allentown, PA 18104). This event is available in person, via livestream, and will be recorded. Freddy Awards are tonight

Tune in to 69 WFMZ-TV tonight at 7 p.m. to watch the FREDDY Awards and cheer on the cast, crew, and pit orchestra of Parkland High School's Les Misérables: School Edition, nominated for 15 awards and sold out five performances in April on the PHS stage! 🎭️

colorguard clinic

Colorguard Clinic - Does your child have a passion for performance and/or dance?  On June 5th, the Colorguard is hosting a spin clinic for anyone entering 8th-12th grade next school year. No experience is needed! The clinic will introduce your children to what it's like to be a part of the Gold Medal Champion PHS Colorguard.  The event will take place at the Troxell Building, 2219 N. Cedar Crest Blvd., from 6-9 PM. This event is free and no registration is required. Check out more info here.

Calling all incoming Parkland Kindergarten families! Get ready for "Raising Readers" next Tuesday, May 27th, from 6-7 PM at Parkway Manor Elementary! This one-hour session is packed with informative strategies and activities to help prepare your child for school this fall. Childcare is provided! The Food Services Department is seeking your valuable feedback and suggestions to enhance our meal programs for the upcoming school year. Your input will directly influence our menu planning, dietary accommodations, and service improvements. This brief survey will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete.
