Physicals and Forms
Fall 2019-2020 sports physicals will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Parkland High School.
Boys 8 AM – 10 AM, Girls 10 AM – 12 noon. They are free.
No student can participate in a fall sport without a full PIAA physical that they received after June 1, 2019. The Parkland Athletic Department understands that it may not be convenient to come to our scheduled free physical event, however those who miss must get a PIAA physical on their own prior to August 12, 2019. All Parkland athletes must get an ImPACT test once during their 4 years at PHS and before participation.
The first day of fall sports is Monday, August 12.
ImPACT testing for 8th graders entering High School next year
During the first week of June, School certified athletic trainers will be sent to SMS and OMS to administer the Impact test to all 8th graders who are interested in going out for a sport at the high school. The test lasts about 35 minutes and the students will take it on their chrome books. The ImPACT test is a requirement by the PIAA to participate in a high school sport and only needs to be taken once. If your student is thinking of trying out for a high school sport during his/her time at high school, please have them take the test during this time.
