Parkland School District Anonymous Reporting Form
The District has placed an anonymous fraud reporting form on the District’s website to provide an anonymous ethics, Fraud, and compliance reporting system for all employees of The Parkland School District.
Refer to the Board Policy 828-Fraud for information. The purpose of the reporting form is to ensure that any employee wishing to submit a report anonymously can do so without the fear of retribution. Employees are encouraged to use the reporting system in cases where their anonymity is desired.
Reports may cover but are not limited to the following topics:
1. Ethical violations Falsification of Contract, Reports or Records
2. Internal Controls Bribery and Kickbacks
3. Misuse of Company Property Fraud
4. Conflict of Interest Theft and Embezzlement
5. Violation of the Law
Please note that the information provided by you may be the basis of an internal and/or external investigation into the issue you are reporting and your anonymity will be protected to the extent possible by law. However, your identity may become known during the course of the investigation because of the information you have provided. Reports are submitted to the District Superintendent and Board President for investigation according to our District policies.
