Welcome to Mrs. Meyers’ Music Class!
Music class at Parkway Manor is exciting and engaging! Our classes are performance based, where we experience the elements of music and concepts through performing. We sing, play various instruments, and incorporate movement into our songs. There are also times when we actively listen to music, compose our own music and even improvise music on the spot. I highlight other subjects whenever possible, such as social students, literature, math and art, in an effort to tie it all together and show how everything is related. I hope to give each student the opportunity to have many positive musical experiences during their time here at Parkway Manor.
