Citizenship Code of Conduct

In an effort to promote our goal of having Parkway Manor be a caring school that develops good citizens, we are encouraging a set of rules and procedures in our school that requires your participation. Since parents are the most important people in a child’s life, we would like you to talk with your child about these rules.
A major part of Parkway Manor success is the degree to which we can teach students to accept their responsibility in attaining the goal of self-discipline. We believe that students grow in character as they come to understand more fully the consequences of their actions.
The purpose of this code is to insure consistency and uniformity among the entire staff as well as the students, so that a sound learning environment can be achieved and maintained through good citizenship traits. The code outlines what is considered acceptable behavior and actions that will be taken to improve unacceptable behavior.

Through cooperative relationships among the students, parents and school staff, good discipline and a sound learning environment will be maintained. Citizenship Code
