Working Papers are for students under the age of 18. Students who are 18 years of age and older do not need working papers.
You are no longer required to have a physical or any employment information.
Proof of age must be brought in either when picking up the application or when the application is returned.
The student must show a birth certificate , baptismal certificate, passport, or a photo driver’s license.
During the school year, Working Paper Applications will be processed Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
During the summer, Working Paper Applications will be processed Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
1. A student must pick an application up in the Main Office.
2. The application will be brought home for a parent or legal guardian to sign.
3. The student should return the completed application to the main office along with proof of age. (birth certificate , baptismal certificate, passport, or a photo driver’s license)
The work permit will be issued and then signed by the student in the presence of the issuing officer.
