On May 20th 119 Parkland students competed in the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science State Competition located at Penn State. This was the 80th anniversary of this event and included over 3,000 of the top middle and high school science investigations.

Ryan Muller was offered a $16,000 scholarship from the College of Engineering at PennStateUniversity.
