Make-up days due to inclement weather for the 2010-2011 school year will follow the schedule outlined below:
Parkland’s first two snow days (January 7th and 12th) will be made up as teacher professional development days. The 3rd lost day (January 18th) will be made up on Friday, February 18th. The 4th lost day (January 21st) will be made up on Thursday, April 21st. The 5th lost day (January 27th) will be made up on June 16th. The 6th lost day (February 1st) will be made up on Friday, June 17th.
Make-up days due to inclement weather for 2011-2012 school year:
The first two (2) instructional days lost will be made up as teacher professional development days.
Any lost days beyond two (2) will be made up in the following order:
- Friday, February 17, 2012 - 3rd lost day
- Thursday, April 5, 2012 – 4th lost day
- Wednesday, June 13, 2012 – 5th lost day
- Thursday, June 14, 2012 – 6th lost day
- Friday, June 15, 2012 – 7th lost day
- Additional days made-up beginning Monday, June 18, 2012
