Orefield Middle School students help a King Arthur Flour Company Instructor demonstrate how to make bread during a January assembly for 7th grade students. Students were given a bag of ingredients to make 2 loaves of bread at home and invited to donate one loaf back to Day Break, an organization that feeds the hungry in the Lehigh Valley.  More than 400 students voluntarily brought back loaves of bread for the donation from both middle schools.
